CHALLENGE
Skandinaviska Gynekologi- och Fertilitetskliniken, and their founder Sarah was planning a launch of a newly founded and built womens health clinic in Nya Hovås. To make the launch successful from a digital perspective, two needs were identified.
- A modern, easy to custom, easy to manage, and nice-looking webpage was needed
- A digital marketing strategy had to be created and executed on to make sure we would reach as far as possible in the start without burning up budget
PROPOSED SOLUTION
Using a CMS-system with a modern take on management and customization was imperative. After some research the choice fell on PayloadCMS, a developer friendly content management system that still puts the end-user in the spotlight. This allowed us, not only to create a modern website with the components needed, it also made it possible for us to create the customer journey we wanted.
On the digital marketing side, we opted for a traffic driving start, to then follow up with a conversion focus. Working with creating ads for healthcare services and especially within fertility and reproduction comes with its own set of obstacles that need to be avoided or mitigated.
ACTIONS TAKEN
Using PayloadCMS as a platform we created a modern and soft looking website, focusing on womens health, gynecology and fertility. We needed to make sure the potential patient (or the returning one) felt safe and calm when visiting the page. We also needed the content to be presented in a way that would be easy to consume. Together with a designer we found a color scheme that would signal femininity, calmness and still aspire to healthcare.
In ads we are mainly using Search Ads that focuses on keywords close to the services offered to ensure traffic is being generated. With this approach we are currently averaging a placement of 3.6 which has proven to be a good balance between spend and clicks. Outside that we are pushing content on Meta to drive engagement on social channels.

Great CMS system for custom solutions
We have managed to create a website that engages visitors and converts them from visitors to patients. With an average engagement of above 1,5 minutes and a CTR of 14% we sure are delivering relevant traffic to the site. We are consistently evaluating the performance for each campaign and we are registering growth week-on-week.
